    Wells Fargo Gateway is performing maintenance for the OAuth 2 API for the production environment on Wednesday August 12 from 10:00 PM ET - 2:00 AM ET.

    OAuth 2:  Any API keys (bearer tokens) generated during this maintenance window may not work as expected and return a 401 error. Any API keys created before or after this maintenance window will work normally as long as they are still within 24 hours of when they were first generated.

    We identified an issue affecting the Payment Order approval pages in the Modern Treasury dashboard. Beginning at approximately 2:00 PM ET on August 3, 2026, customers may see errors when approving a Payment Order, a blank Payment Order detail view, or an empty "pending my approval" list.

    Payment origination and the processing of already-approved payments are not affected. Customers in all cells may be impacted. A fix is currently deploying, and we will provide an update shortly.

    We are currently investigating a delay in ingestion for certain bank integrations. Beginning at approximately 11:30 AM ET on July 21, 2026, customers may see a delay in information appearing in the dashboard and API. Outgoing payments and payment origination are not affected.

    Customers in cells US001, USW2-04, US002, and US005 may be impacted. You can find your cell number on the settings page of the Modern Treasury app.
