Data ingestion and payments origination from production Wells Fargo accounts over API may be delayed during this time. Sandbox accounts will not be affected. File-based Wells Fargo integrations will not be affected.

Data ingestion and payments origination from sandbox Wells Fargo accounts over API may be delayed during this time. Production accounts will not be affected. File-based Wells Fargo integrations will not be affected.
This incident has been resolved. The root cause was identified.
Between approximately 7:06 AM and 7:47 AM PT, we experienced timeout issues affecting the app and API. During this time, users may have seen the app as unavailable. The root cause is not yet known, and our team is actively investigating. We’ll provide updates as we learn more.
Wells Fargo has postponed this maintenance.
Wells Fargo Gateway is performing maintenance for the OAuth 2 API on Wednesday May 21 from 2:00 PM ET - 4:00 PM ET.
Wells Fargo Gateway is performing maintenance for the RTP Payments v1 and Instant Payments v1 API. Sending instant payments via Wells Fargo will be unavailable during this time.
This is now resolved.
A fix has been deployed.
Our engineers have identified the cause of the problem and are working on a fix. Affected Transactions have been manually reconciled.
Customers who are utilizing both the Ledgers and Payments product together are experiencing reconciliation delays or incomplete reconciliation. Engineering is actively investigating at this time.
We are planning for a scheduled maintenance during that time. While doing maintenance you will not be able to communicate with Modern Treasury via Slack.

Users may experience an error when attempting to approve payment orders via the Approvals page or when using the bulk approval feature in app.
We are aware of this behavior and are actively working on a fix to resolve this issue.
In the meantime, users can approve payment orders manually by navigating to individual payment orders:From there, select Review -> Approve, which will process the approval successfully.
This scheduled maintenance will be performed at a later date.
