Comerica Bank is temporarily suspending participation on the RTP (Instant Payments) network while it converts to Fifth Third Bank, from Thursday, September 3, 2026 at 9:00 PM ET through Tuesday, September 8, 2026 at 3:00 AM ET.
During this window, any RTP payment sent to the following Comerica routing numbers will be rejected: 121137522, 111000753, 067012099, 072000096.
This affects the receiving/counterparty side only; no Modern Treasury Internal Accounts are impacted. We recommend completing any time-sensitive RTP payments to these accounts before the window begins, or holding until normal processing resumes after September 8. No action is required once the window closes; processing will resume automatically.
