    Modern Treasury has been notified that the Wells Fargo Gateway API will be undergoing scheduled maintenance on Sunday, January 26th from 02:00 ET to 06:00 ET (4hrs).

    The following Wells Fargo APIs will be unavailable:

    • RTP Payments v1

    • Instant Payments v1

    RTP and Instant payments originated from Wells Fargo accounts during that window may be delayed. Modern Treasury will automatically hold and retry payments when the API becomes available.

    Balances and transactions will not be affected. Customers using file based transmission at Wells Fargo will not be affected. Accounts at other banking partners will not be affected.

    The Modern Treasury API experienced elevated error rates from 5 PM EST until 5:15 EST, impacting customers in cell: us001. During this time, 3.32K API requests across all products failed.

    This issue has been resolved and all systems are currently operating as expected.

    This incident has been resolved and Push to Warehouse transfers are completing as expected.

    The root of the issue has been identified and we are continuing to partner with our ETL vendor as they work on a fix.

    We’re seeing Push to Warehouse transfer failures for some tables across multiple customer destinations. Customers may observe stale warehouse data until the underlying issue is resolved. We are in contact with our ETL vendor and working to identify and remediate the problem.
