    We will be conducting regular Push to Warehouse maintenance on Tuesday 6/17, from 5-7 PM PST. Scheduled transfers may be delayed during this time.

    We plan to make the following changes:

    • Add a entity_links table (docs), to be synced to Payments customers.

    • Add a ledger_account_categories table (docs), to be synced to Ledgers customers.

    • Add reconciliation_group_id column to the transaction_line_items table (docs).

    • Add external_id column to the ledger_accounts table (docs).

    • Add external_id column to the payment_orders table.

    Note that existing records will show null values for all newly-added columns by default. Please contact Customer Support at support@moderntreasury.com if you would like to request a historical re-sync of affected tables, and with any other questions regarding these changes.

Push to Warehouse Transfer Performance Degraded

    AWS reports that they've rolled back a change that led to Athena service degradation in the us-west-2 region beginning around 9:30 AM PT.

    Transfer durations have returned to baseline and all Push to Warehouse customers now have recently-completed transfers.

    Push to Warehouse transfers are running slower than usual for all customers due to an ongoing AWS Athena incident in our region. Warehouse data may be stale by up to several hours as a result.

    We are monitoring the AWS incident and will share updates as new information is available.

APP: Inability to Bulk Approve Payment Orders

    Users may experience an error when attempting to approve payment orders via the Approvals page or when using the bulk approval feature in app.

    We are aware of this behavior and are actively working on a fix to resolve this issue.

    In the meantime, users can approve payment orders manually by navigating to individual payment orders:
    From there, select Review -> Approve, which will process the approval successfully.
