Scheduled Maintenance: Push to Warehouse

    We will be conducting regularly scheduled Push to Warehouse maintenance this coming Tuesday (3/18), from 5 PM to 7 PM PST.

    During this time we will:

    • Introduce a new connections table for Payments customers

    • Add a new status column to the ledger_entries table (docs). Note that this column will show a value of null for records already synced to your warehouse. Please reach out to support@moderntreasury.com if you would also like us to resync historical records to reflect this change.

    • Add currency and currency_exponent columns to the ledger_accounts table.

    Regular transfers may be delayed during the maintenance window. Please reach out to support@moderntreasury.com if you have any questions regarding these changes.

    We have identified a brief period of elevated errors rates impacting customers in cell us001 at around 2pm PST. Customers may have experienced degraded performance while using the Modern Treasury app or API.

Delay in Ledger Transactions data for Push to Warehouse transfers

    We've identified a database migration as the source of the problem and implemented a solution. Push to Warehouse transfers of Ledger Transactions have resumed as scheduled.

    Our monitoring system has alerted us to an issue where Push to Warehouse transfers of Ledger Transactions data have not been occurring as expected since approximately 12:00 PM PT today, February 24th. We are actively investigating the root cause and will provide additional updates as more information becomes available.

API Failures in US005

    We experienced increased API errors rates from 4:15-4:30 PST and have identified and implemented a fix. We are currently monitoring the results.

    These errors only effect cell US005.

    Modern Treasury has been notified that the Wells Fargo Gateway API will be undergoing scheduled maintenance on Sunday, February 16th from 03:30 ET to 04:15 ET (45 min).

    The following Wells Fargo APIs will be unavailable:

    • Instant Payments v1

    Instant payments originated from Wells Fargo accounts during that window may be delayed. Modern Treasury will automatically hold and retry payments when the API becomes available.

    Balances and transactions will not be affected. Customers using file based transmission at Wells Fargo will not be affected. Accounts at other banking partners will not be affected.

    We are investigating elevated errors rates from a spike in traffic impacting customers in cell us001. Customers may have experienced degraded performance while using the Modern Treasury API. Currently we no longer see degraded performance resulting in errors for any customers.

    This issue has been resolved and all systems are currently operating as expected.
