    Modern Treasury has been notified that the Wells Fargo Gateway API will be undergoing scheduled maintenance on Saturday, November 17th from 02:00 ET to 02:15 ET (15m) and from 5:15 ET to 5:30 ET (15m).

    The following Wells Fargo APIs will be unavailable:

    • RTP Payments v1

    • Instant Payments v1

    RTP and Instant payments originated from Wells Fargo accounts during that window may be delayed. Modern Treasury will automatically hold and retry payments when the API becomes available.

    Balances and transactions will not be affected. Customers using file based transmission at Wells Fargo will not be affected. Accounts at other banking partners will not be affected.

    Modern Treasury will be conducting maintenance on October 16th at 4pm PDT. As part of the RBAC system upgrade, all API keys, production and sandbox, that currently have "manage" access to all resources will be migrated to the new "API Manage All" role. We expect no downtime.

    We will be conducting our regularly scheduled Push to Warehouse maintenance window this coming Tuesday (10/15), from 5 PM to 7 PM PST.

    During this maintenance window we will introduce two new columns (as_of_date and as_of_time) to the balance_reports and transactions tables. These supersede the existing as_of_datetime columns on each table, which we are deprecating and plan to drop in a future release. We will communicate the timing of that change in a future maintenance notice.

    Please note that regularly-scheduled warehouse transfers may be delayed during the maintenance window. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this change, please reach out to support@moderntreasury.com.

    We've identified a ~10-minute period of elevated API errors impacting customers in cell us001 starting at ~2:01pm PDT. We have determined this was temporary and is now resolved.
